Well, M4ny i understand your point of view and that you are disappointed and stuff like this, but can you try to type it in formal english without using any "bad" words ifyou know what i mean? I think we are old enough to talk like adults and not like 12 year old kiddies
In my opinion i'd say it wasn't a maphack, just a lucky sunstrike.
Furthermore i think Scootz is a good player ( better than public gamer), and he doesn't derserves a ban. Maybe you should watch the replay and look if scootz 1: Picks runes instantly 2: avoids battles (that he would defenetly lose).

u can see thats not the first lucky suntrike he did but others where more normal and u can call them luck.. but yes at some point i remember i charged him with bara when he was mid... min 6 or 7 i think... and he simply went back sticked to the tower until i came and warlock ultied...
anyway where is the replay

Hey, I haven´t seen the replay yet so i shouldn´t rly attend this But all I can say scootz is a good player and i would be rly suprised if he had used mh.

From the situation as u described it jessy.
Player can see that he is charged by bara in status. So as u notice that, it´s normal trying to get back to safety/tower.

7.18 - Bara charge (I do run back totally random in the sec he puts charge on me, and when i actually can see the 'debuff charge'(Which i dont see) I run back in, to herass warlock)
9.00 - Sunstrike
9.50 - Interesting point where I wanna go top, but since there is no action up there i decide to go back mid, a split secound later i see bara charging tidehunter, which makes me go instantly top to assist.
10.40 - I dont see the gank inc?
11.20 - Sunstrike
11.55 - THE sunstrike
